It is a pleasure to write a review of my experience with Khun Nita, Khun Marnie and Thai Property Guide. I initially contacted Khun Nita as I was in Bangkok in mid-April 2025 for a few days to choose a school for my son and wanted to also view properties to get a sense of what we could potentially secure for our family. From start to finish, my experience with Khun Nita, Khun Marnie and the entire Thai Property guide team was professional, organized and incredibly focused. Pre-arrival, communication was clear and timely. The team was able to find me multiple options in all of the locations that I had pre-selected, while also adding a few others that were completely aligned with what we were looking for.

I conducted all of the actual visits with Khun Nita over a 1.5 day period – as part of this process, I received a custom and detailed sheet with an overview of the properties that they had selected for me. On the second day, some new options had opened up and we discussed and included visits for a few of these as well in our itinerary. In addition to an extensive knowledge of the market and owners, Khun Nita was very kind in answering all of my questions about life in Bangkok, ensuring that I came away from the experience very clear on the options, but also in possession of enough information to feel comfortable making a decision on housing in a country that was not my own.
