We started to consider moving my wife and daughter to Thailand at the beginning of 2019, They showed us houses in Nichada Thani and gave sound advice and then we dropped it all. Then we started a year later, but “thanks” to COVID we could not come to Thailand/Bangkok for the physical house search. We scrolled through the listings and had many questions on properties which we considered affordable. Finally one popped up. We fully trusted in the information provided by TPG and signed a lease having seen only photos of the place and not even knowing WHEN my wife and daughter might be able to move to Thailand. Once they finally arrived, myself unable to get to Thailand to do the setting up of my family, the TPG team was ever helpful in assisting in the setting up and seemingly not losing patience despite the (silly) questions.
