We started to consider moving my wife and daughter to Thailand at the beginning of 2019, They showed us houses in Nichada Thani and gave sound advice and then we dropped it all. Then we started a year later, but “thanks” to COVID we could not come to Thailand/Bangkok for the physical house search. We scrolled through the listings and had many questions on properties which we considered affordable. Finally one popped up.
