After staying in the apartment found by Thai Property Gide for me for some 9 months, I feel misled by the company to pay much higher rent than the market rent in the area for similar or better apartments. I am stuck with this contract for 2 years with much higher rent!!! As a new comer to Bangkok, I expected an impartial service and advice from the Thai Property Guide but failed.
